Incoming call rings phone and then drops when picked up--Obi200/Google Voice

Friends call me on my Google Voice Obi200 landline.  They dial my GV number, I hear my phone ring and pick it up.  It instantly disconnects me.  However, I have noticed that sometimes if I let the phone ring 2 or 3 times and then pickup, then it stays connected, but that's sometimes.  I am able to call them--no problem.  Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Today's date is 3-28-2020.

You DO realize that the duplicate threads are a forum issue and not a user issue. Same forum seconds later...

It is like the REPORT SPAM issue that causes an authorization error...

And like the crappy version of Forum software that is a decade old...

I DO realize that, but I am addressing people who don't at least look at existing forum threads before posting their own.
