My Obi110 is not on a UPS (I may have to add one). Today there was a short power failure in the area while I was not at home. Calls coming in were ringing the phone but we never answered quickly enough. Even picking up the phone as the second ring was finishing would miss the call. Two Callers went to Google Voice Mail and left a message before we could answer. I tried a test call from my cell and found that I was forwarded to VM after only two rings. I performed a power reset of the Obi110 and repeated the test. After the reset, I could successfully answer at the 4th ring. I believe GV reverts to VM after 25 seconds so 4 rings should be normal operation.
