OBI1062 and paging priority?

I have four OBI1062s attached to a Grandstream UCM6202 PBX.  I had to use the expert configuration interface, but they work fine ... with one exception.

In the PBX, I have a paging group defined (at extension 1000).  All extensions on the PBX (including the OBI1062s) are part of that paging group.

When one of the OBI1062s calls extension 1000 (via a configured line key), all the phones (including both the other OBI1062s and all the Grandstream phones) ring only once.   There is no opportunity to speak or for the other phones to hear the page.   Calling the paging group extension from any of the Grandstream phones works fine.

This is what the support folks at Grandstream said ... The source of the issue appears to be the Obihai phone with extension 1010. Since extension 1010 is member of the same paging group, the UCM sends the call to the Obihai phone.  I believe it has paging priority enabled and that is why it answers with 200OK instead of Busy Here. A second later, the same phone cancels the call with CANCEL as shown in the screenshot attached.

If this is the problem, I need to change something in theOBI1062 configuration.   How do I properly configure the OBI1062s and/or the PBX so that I can page from the OBI1062 and not encounter the problem above?   Thanks in advance!

Well, I have had some difficulty posting to the forum, so I apologize.   But, I've not gotten any answer .... so if you can help, I'd appreciate it!

I cannot give any more help now than I gave to your previous post.  :(

This paging stuff is really only relevant to posters in an environment where multiple OBiPhones are deployed.  Such posters are few and far between here.  I'd reckon that almost all the regulars here (the ones who log in daily to answer questions rather those who only visit to ask for help, come back to see if there are answers and when their problem is solved don't come back until they need help again) have 0 or 1 OBiphones and even if they do have 2 or more have never even attempted to use paging.  OBi ATAs which are far more prevalent among posters here do not support paging.

Thus I think your chances of getting a solution from this forum is low.  Not zero, but low.

In your case, I believe that the "paging group" function is controlled by the Grandstream PBX, and thus, one cannot assume that it is fully compatible with the OBi 1062 phones.

However, the OBi IP phone administrator guide goes into detail on their "paging" function, which it actually calls an "Intercom" function.  In OBi terminology, "paging" means one-way only, and "intercom" means two-way.

Open this document, press Ctrl-F, and search for "intercom":
