I have a customer using an OBI302 with a Konica Print, Scan, Fax Machine. It works great most of the time, but they have some IRS forms that will not fax. It is definitely related to the amount of data on the page. If we reduce the original to 75% size they will fax OK. I have tried a different MFPs (HP) to send the fax with the same results. We have sent to different fax numbers with the same results. We also sent the document via my company's efax and it works fine.
I have duplicated this problem by creating a single page of text - 10pt bold font with very narrow margins. See the attached doc. It will fail on page 3.
Is there a maximum amount of data on a page that the OBI302 can handle. Or maybe a maximum time to transmit the page (Baud is set to 9600). If so, can it be adjusted?
