Problem getting google voice set up

My device seems to be added. But when I choose a provider, it just takes me back to the page that shows my device. I really need help, please.

1.  Are you sure that your device is added to your dashboard?  The 9 digit number on the underside of your OBi visible on the dashboard.

2.  Post a link to the GV setup instructions you are following.

"seems to be added" is not very reassuring or convincing.

Look at this web page:  https://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev

You need to see your OBi device listed under "My OBi Devices".  It should show a nine-digit OBi number and there should be a green dot under "Status".  See my screenshot.  Is that what you see now?

If not, then you haven't successfully added the device to the dashboard and it isn't online.

If it is added and online, then click SP1 to set up Google Voice.

I strongly suspect that those nine digits are NOT the same as those on the underside of your OBi and the box the OBi came in.

Every dashboard at obitalk.com comes with a complimentary softphone number.  Looks like you have renamed that to Jessy Obi.

Long story short.  You don't have your OBi added to your dashboard yet.
