Unable to add OBI202 to an existing account with another working Obi

I currently have an older Obi device (which works fine) and for the last hour I am trying to add to my account a new Obi202 with no luck.

When I dial the **5 number it always times out.

**9 222-222-222 works fine

I changed the DNS server to 8.8.8.8

Nothing helps. It keeps timing out.

Is there a way to add the device manually rather than go through the **5 method? If not, how do I add it?

I hate replying to myself but it looks like the problem was with the Obi servers since suddenly after more than an hour of trying I was able to add the Obi202.

I find it staggering that you don't appear to have noticed any of the umpteen other threads about this problem.  Their titles are explicit. See screenshot. That is yours at the top with 7 others nearby.
