Help finding an OBiEHS or alternative?

So, I got the grand idea of adding a deskphone and headset to my home office.  I already used an Obi202 for my house line, so I bought an OBi2182.  That thing works great.  I'm very impressed with it.  I decided to add a head set.  After trying several cheaper Bluetooth headsets that only worked intermitted, I contact Poly and they told me that the SAVI 7210 Office head set would work, but I'd need the electronic hook adapter, the APS-11.  I order all that stuff and it turns out the plug doesn't fit the jack in the OBi2182.  I contacted Poly and they told me I needed to contact ObiTalk.  The support contact just sends me back to Poly.  I've sent them a message, but no response yet.  A quick search of this forum indicates that all I need is an OBiEHS to make this set up work.  BRILLIANT!

Except that I can't find them ANYWHERE.  I found one site that I did order from it, but I'm 99% sure it's a scam or at least in China and best case scenario this thing gets here is 50/50 weeks or even months out.

So, anyone know where you can actually buy one of these?  Or is there an alternative that would work?

I read somewhere that someone reverse engineered the OBi EHS cable. It looked like it could be made for under $5.00. If I can remember where I saw that, I would probably make one myself as I have the OBi2182 as well.

A journeyman electrician sent his apprentice with a 5-gallon bucket and was told to put the ends of the service drop in the bucket and fill it with volts. He was there all day.
