I've been puzzled why the OBi incoming caller-id is not shown on some of our phones.  After some digging, I've found that there are actually two caller-id formats that are used in the US.  (See: http://melabs.com/resources/callerid.htm).   The OBi is sending MMDF format (start with a 0x80 character).  Some phones only support SMDF format (starts with 0x04) character.   It would be helpful for me, and I suspect others too, if the current selection of Caller ID Methods which includes:

FSK(Bell 202)

could become something like

FSK(Bell 202) MMDF  (Default)
FSK(Bell 202) SMDF

Since they both use the Bell 202 FSK protocol, I think this would be a relatively straightforward software change.

Thanks for your consideration!
