(Apologies, I know this isn't specifically an Obitalk issue, but I'm trying to reach other Obi users to get some advice.)
I have an Obi200 that I installed in October 2021. I've recently learned from dialing 933 to test the 911 configuration that my address is not associated with my 911 service (though I saved a screen shot of where I specified it during setup.) Has anyone else had this issue? After trying for a few days, I haven't been able to get a response from Punchalert on how to fix this. Can anyone here advise on how to get an address associated with my Obi? Or, are there other vendors that provide 911 service that works with Obi?
