Kudos to Obihai customer service!

Just want to give some praise to customer service. Tried to setup my new Obi110 late last night and was unable to. Seems the power adapter was dead on arrival. Submitted an online support request this morning and a new adapter was shipped today .

Yes, every time I have dealt with them has been top notch as well.  Even before I was a customer, they were very helpful in answering questions for me.  It's actually quite refreshing to work with a company that is pleased to help you and glad that you are a customer.  Thanks Obihai!
