Good evening all,
I am getting a tone/beep when I answer the phone. The line is my Xfinity Home Phone ATA) that I have commented to OBi212. I have it setup so I can pick it up on my OBi2182. It was working just fine and then some time ago I answered one day and got a tone in my ear, I figured it was just something that happened I don't use that phone very much so it has not been too much of an issue. I would like to be able to use my phone to answer the line.
I have not check to see if I can answer the line using a POT coming out of the 212. But I have a feeling that will work just fine. I will check that and update the post with how that works out.
I am not even sure what I need to at so I can answer the line on my 2182. Any ideas?
