Displayed where?  If you mean the name shown on the phone you are calling to the answer is no.  That is not conveyed through the public phone network.  Any name shown on the called phone is either provided by that phone's service provider or from a local phonebook in the phone.  In both cases the Caller ID Number is used to lookup a name.
