Replace Google Account Credentials

I am trying to change a Google account that my Obi is using to another Google account I have, but each time I get towards the end, I get "Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again."

I follow these instructions:
Sign-in to the correct account, and then,
Click Here to connect the OBi with your active Google Account.
Which I did and after signing in I get the page asking me if I will allow Obi to access messages and make and receive calls. When I allow I get the Something went wrong message.

Can anyone help?

Please disregard, I found the problem. The email was not setup for GV.

Well I thought I had this figured out but I don't. I still cannot get GV installed on several Obi 200's. I keep getting the error message referenced above. Can anyone provide some guideance? Has Google block setting up on OBi or has Poly blocked?
