I got 2 brand new Polycom 300 and 2 brand new Polycom 302 and can't add device to web page it times out. Has anyone having this much trouble adding devices.

same issue here!!!

I had found many posts but they were all a few years old, haven't seen any current ones.

But the last time i tried, I left the webpage counting down from 120 seconds as if the code didn't work, and when i came back 10 minutes later, the device was added

After a power outage I got  "time/date out of sync" message.  I unplugged the power from the back of the phone, counted to 10 and plugged it back in.  The phone reset, took about 1 minuted, and it was fixed

I received a "time/date out of sync" notice following a power outage. I disconnected the phone's power cord, waited till I reached 10, then plugged it back in. After approximately a minute, the phone was reset and repaired.

Assuming that your network, device configuration, device availability, web-side settings, all of these are fine, then I can only suggest that you go to your web provider to get help...
