no response reason code 604

I am getting this 604 reason code when trying to call my remote house GV number. The phone is online and everything looks OK on my Obitalk dashboard.
The last time I was there I connected it to a new router/service and made calls without issue. However, I don't think I tried to call in.
Previously, it was working in/out on another service/router.
I can call the number via Obitalk and see it ringing on my dashboard.
Of course, no one is there to answer it, so I can just assume it will connect if answered. But I don't get any errors/intercepts.

Is this a temp glitch or a misconfig?
Can I fix it remotely?
