Can't get Google Voice to register

I'm sure I'm doing something dumb but after two days, it's all dumb.  I've reviewed a bunch of posts about setting up (I use the on-board web server) and I'm using the same credentials I use to sign on from my computer.  I can make GV calls from my computer but it just won't register on Obi110.

Current error is "Backing Off (559s):Authentication error" which I don't understand since as mentioned above using the same username and password that works on line. :'(

Echo test works.  WTFO?

Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming Google Voice is configured on SP1/ITSP Profile A, check these settings in the OBi itself:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> SignalingProtocol : Google Voice
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName : (Google Voice username)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthPassword : (Google Voice password)

Assuming Google Voice is configured on SP2/ITSP Profile B, check these settings in the OBi itself:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> SignalingProtocol : Google Voice
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName : (Google Voice username)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword : (Google Voice password)

All other settings can be at Default, although you'd probably want to also set:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile x -> General -> Name : Google Voice
Voice Services -> SPx Service -> X_SkipCallScreening : (checked)
Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> PrimaryLine : SPx Service

with 'x' chosen appropriately.

If you should elect to make any changes to the OBi directly, make sure you set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

Thanks for the prompt reply.  I pretty much had those settings.  However, I also had an SP2 service set up, or trying to.  I noticed in your SP2 option for Google Voice  the Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B

When I changed it from A to B on my SP2 service things magically seemed to fall into place.  Having the same profile on the different services must have created a conflict that prevented either from registering.

Thank you very much.  As always you've been a fount of knowledge and wisdom from the beginning.
