I recently moved into a new house and installed my Obi302 so that the phone cord from the phone port goes into the house's existing phone wiring.  This has allowed me to get a dial tone and make calls on phones throughout the house.

However, I cannot seem to use any of the line powered phone features, like lighted keypads or a caller ID history.  Not even the line in use light turns on.  What is the setting that will give these phones the power they need to work?

Do those features work if you plug a phone directly into one of the OBi302's PHONE ports?

Is the house phone wiring properly disconnected from all external wiring, eg that belonging to a phone company?
