I got it to work. First, I logged out of the Google account where the Google Voice number resided. I then logged into a different Google account and went to Obitalk. I then went through the setup procedure. When it tried to connect to the Google account where the Google Voice number resided, it required me to log in there. It then allowed me to approve letting Obihai use that number. And it works.
