Is there a process for exporting all the settings of my OBI200 to an external file so I may then reupload that file back to the OBI200?

Yes there is but

1. The file does not include items such as the AuthUserPasswords for the Service Providers.

2. I would not be confident that any configured GV accounts would work again without being redone via the obitalk.com dashboard.

The relevant menu page on the OBi's on board web server is the same one that is used for manual firmware upload. See the Firmware section of the forum to find it.
