I have two obihai devices.  An Obi 200 and an Obi 1032.  Both are working and I haven't had a need to configure either for the last couple of years.

I logged onto my account and the softphone is the only device showing.

Anyone know why my devices have disappeared?

More than one account at obihai.com and you are not looking at the one the OBis are on?

There could be a few reasons why your Obihai devices are not showing up in your account. Here are a few things you can try:

Check the device's network connectivity: Ensure that your Obihai devices are connected to the network and have an active internet connection. If the devices are not connected to the network, they will not appear in your account.

Ensure the devices are registered: Check that your devices are registered with your account by logging into your Obihai device's web interface and checking the registration status. If the device is not registered, it will not appear in your account.

Verify that you are using the correct login credentials: Ensure that you are logging in to the correct account that is associated with your Obihai devices. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are using the correct login credentials for the account associated with your devices.

Contact Obihai support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can contact Obihai support for assistance. They may be able to troubleshoot the issue further and help you get your devices registered with your account again.

It's worth noting that Obihai devices are no longer being manufactured or supported, so it may be more challenging to get support. However, there are still many resources available online, including user forums and community support groups, where you can ask questions and get help from other Obihai users. Hope so it will helps.

Check your internet connection: Ensure that your Obihai devices are properly connected to your network and have an active internet connection. A poor or unstable connection could prevent your devices from being able to communicate with your account. Teco Login
Check your Obihai device settings: Verify that the settings on your Obihai devices are correct and that they are set up to connect to your account. Double-check that the device name and credentials match the ones associated with your account.

Before I register here I also think this is only happening with me, now I am thanks to you for starting this question and solving it by getting staff members replies.

If you possess multiple accounts on obihai.com and you're not currently accessing the one that the OBis are associated with...
