Obi2182 not senidng outgoing call to asterisk

Obi2182 is registered and I can receive calls from my asterisk server.  When I originate a call it never hits the asterisk.

In my SIP settings I have ProxyServer, Registrar Server and OutboundProxy set. All are the same IP and port.  Transport is set to UDP for both ProxyServer and Outbound Proxy.

Outbound calls says Trying and it never hits my server.
