Can not call 7+ long numbers

Dear OBI Team
I purchased 8 x Obi 2182 from Amazon and brought them to Azerbaijan
Configured Voip sip and works normally

The problem is I can not call numbers 7+ longlong.jpg
For example, I can not call 05555775665

All devices in my OBI Cloud account

I think the problem with Digit Map

Do you know what I can do?

Try another device. If it can still call 7 numbers, this means the fault is coming from your machine. You need to contact Amazon or take them to the repair shop.
