I have an OBI200 with 4 GV #s configured and working EXCEPT, If I dial my AT&T cell # straight out or with **1 prefix it rings my cell. If I dial the cell # with **2cell#, **3cell#, **4cell# it gives me a 603 reject. I can dial any of the GV #s from my cell and it rings the OBI.
WHY?
