how do i delete an SP2 or SP3 in obitalk webpage dashboard?

i don't see a delete button anywhere when i click on sp1 or sp2 or sp3 or sp4...

You can't. OBi 2xx devices are EOL and can no longer be configured via the OBiTALK dashboard.
In order to delete SP2 or SP3 you will need to do it manually via the built-in web user interface using the local network ip address of your OBi device. Default username/password is admin.

Keep in mind if either SP2 or SP3 are Google Voice trunks you will not be able to configure them again for GV. They can only be configured for ITSPs.
