I have obi 200 but once the setup was finished it started showing that I have legacy device "soft phone"

The OBi100 and OBi110 has reached it's end of life (EOL) status and are no longer supported.
Please upgrade to a more recent OBi device to receive support.

I have the latest device - how do I fix this?!

There is nothing that needs fixing.

1. Every account on the portal is allocated a softphone number. Originally intended for use with software running on Windows, Android or iOS it is now mostly irrelevant as the software is no longer available for download. Its presence and appearance on your dashboard are harmless but there is an option to not display it if it bothers you.

2. The OBi100/110 EOL message has been there for years. You can ignore it.

You do need to be aware that the OBi2xx devices are also EOL. Read the details at https://www.obitalk.com/info/products/obi200
