Cannot save changes to speed dial "403 Forbidden"

Before I ask my question, I just wanted to state that I recently found my Obi202 in a box in the barn.  For giggles I hooked it up.  Didn't work.  Did the ***8 reset, and deleted all devices from my obitalk account.  I was fully prepared to say goodbye to it and stick it in the trash.  But despite all the warnings about EOL, I was able to add the device, and verify my GV creds.  It's working 100%!

That aside, I'm trying to help my dad on his obi account.  He's had it working with GV since day one.  Still does.  He has 90 of his 100 speed dial slots taken, and is trying to make changes (from the obitalk website, not the local devcie).   Changes are on the page, but as soon as you click save it shows "403 Forbidden".

Any idea what could account for that?

I've been able to log into the box itself and make changes to the speed dial there, but without names, and having to reboot each time, it's too complicated for him to navigate.
