My OBI device is not Connecting to my IP

The Green power light is flickering and I'm unable to find a way to fix the connection between my device and router. My belkin router serves as a dual modem/router.

Another user had a problem connecting to a Belkin.  See http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=2061.0 .

I had originally suspected that the unusual "forever" defualt DHCP lease sent by the Belkin may have confused the device, but it now seems that his hardware may be defective.

If you pick up the phone and dial ***1, what is reported?  In the Belkin web page, if you go to LAN->DHCP Client List, does the OBi appear in the list?  Does the indicator for the port in question on the Belkin light up when you connect the OBi?

Hello, will a dynamic ip address from time warner work with OBI device.

OBi devices work fine with a dynamic IP address.  The majority of users have dynamic addresses.  Your problem is something different.  Please see my comment in your other thread.
