Restoring the OBi to factory defaults from the IVR (*** -> 8 -> 1) does not reboot the unit, leaving the OBi in an unstable state.

Rebooting the OBi using the on-screen Reboot button is necessary to restore normal operation.
IVR Option 8 (Restore Factory Default) also does not prompt for the IVR password. Since the OBi has a hardware reset button which also resets the unit to factory defaults if held depressed for an extended period of time, there is no risk of being locked out of the OBi if the IVR password is forgotten.
