Try rebooting modem, separate router (if any) and OBi, in that order.
If no luck, can you connect to the OBi from your browser, at the address reported by dialing ***1? If so, does the System Status page show the correct date and time? What does SP1 Service Status show? OBiTALK Service Status? Can you reach the echo test on **9 222 222 222?
