Outbound Local Calls on GoogleTalk: "The Number is Not Allocated"

Hi,

When making outbound local calls, There is a recorded message that is heard: "The Number is not Allocated".

This does not occur on interstate calls and there is no trouble receiving inbound calls.

Any Ideas what might be causing this?

If the recorded voice is a female voice, it's probably coming from Google Voice.

Look at the OBi Call History and see if the number sent to Google Voice is what you expected (an 11-digit number starting with 1).
