Changed gmail password, so want to update OBI authentication correspondingly. Have password length of 12. But it keeps showing me "Backing Off (0s):Authentication error". Try to set up another back up line using another gmail (have screencalling off, call once from gmail and primary email all set up), password of length 9. But after submit, it shows "Service Not Configured"?
Anyone knows why? Thanks. Patrick
