gmail was blocked, then unbloked, but Google voice stayed blocked

So my Gmail account linked to my google voice got blocked for "suspicious activities". So I unblock it, but my google voice still isnt working, showing as no service available when I try and make a all. Any advice???

You may have to recheck all your settings, including the call settings in gmail.

Can you place a call from within gmail?
Is Google Talk still listed (and selected) in google voice?
Can you place a call from google voice?

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName : (Google Voice username)

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_SkipCallScreening : (checked)

Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> PrimaryLine : SP1 Service

I think maybe I need to reset something in obitalk? The SP1 thing is showing "backing off".
When unblocking my gmail account I had to change my gmail password. In my obitalk account it has this gmail account and password listed. So that could be it?
