PROBLEM SOLVED----THE OBi Talk paramters DID RETURN the AA to the default settings....box just took a while to update....
I had customized the AA prompts to a second language, then decided to use the default prompts instead. I returned the parameters to the OBitalk parameters in the OBi Portal, then tried the default parameters in the ObiTalk Portal, but the AA prompts are not returning to their default values.
I know I can reset the box to the factory settings, but this will destroy all my programing which I would like to avoid if possible.
I should also state that the box is at a remote location.
It looks like this might be a bug in the ObiTalk portal.
Any thoughts? LArry
