Have you tried removing power from the OBi for several seconds and then restoring the power to it?
Does the problem persist with nothing but the power supply connected to the OBi (i.e. no PHONE Port, LINE Port, or Ethernet cables plugged into it)?
If that doesn't help, you can try resetting the OBi to factory defaults by using a paper-clip to press the reset button accessible through the hole with a circle around it on the bottom of the unit. Hold the reset button down continuously for at least 30 seconds.
If you get nothing but a red power LED with no cables connected and after using the reset button, yo may have a defective OBi.
