Obi110 not working - getting "there is no service available" message

Hello,

To confirm,  I just dial ***6 with the phone connected to obi110 talk device.

Does the computer need to be on.
Or is there anything else I need to do.

The OBi needs to be connected to the Internet, but that's it.  Follow the prompts you hear after dialing ***6.

Log into the OBi at the IP address returned by dialing ***1 (username/password is admin/admin).

On the System Status page that comes up, verify that the OBi has the latest software installed:

SoftwareVersion : 1.3.0 (Build: 2675)

If so, there's nothing else to do.

Do I just dial this with the keypad of the phone
The one that is hooked up with obi110.
