hi  i am using obi110 and my setup is GV primery line on sp1 and callcentic for international calls on sp2. so i route my international call to sp2 (i used setting that i find at this forum) why when i dial 011 number my got long slience or sometime i didn't hear the ring tone? can this be fix ? thanks

Since international numbers are variable lenth, the OBi doesn't know when you're done dialing unless you press the # key.  The OBi begins processing the dialed number immediately upon receipt of a #.

If most of your international calls are to one country with a fixed dialing format, you could set a custom digit map to recognize those number and send the call immediately.  For frequently called numbers, you could also use OBi speed dials (e.g. dial 2#) or Callcentric speed dials (e.g. dial *7501).  For the latter, you would need to modify the digit map to send *75xx to Callcentric.
