Call quality has become very poor over the last 2 weeks

I have been using OBI 110 with Google voice without any issues over the last year or so. About two weeks ago the quality on the out bound end has become choppy to the extent that a phone conversation is not possible. I can hear clearly from my phone.

I called the Internet Company and they found no problems with the internet. I updated the firmware of the OBI.  Could it be the OBI device gone bad? How do I troubleshoot?

How is the audio when you call the echo test at? : **9 222 222 222
