Voicemail to google voice doesnt hang up

Hi, I have my line port forward calls to another google voice number through a different google voice account on SP1 to forward to that voice mail.  Everything forwards correctly but when the caller leaves a message it doesn't detect that the phone is hung up and there is a beep beep beep tone at the end of the message for about 15 seconds. Does anyone else have this problem?

Look at the PSTN Disconnect Detection settings for the Line port.  Although DisconnectTonePattern should be correct for a US AT&T or Verizon line, if you are in another country or have a VoIP device (cable digital voice, Vonage, etc.) connected to the Line port, you will need to adjust the setting to match your system.  If the line or device provides CPC, setting smaller CPCTimeThreshold, e.g. 100 or 200, may also help.

If you can't find the correct setting, post a sample of the beeping and I'll try to suggest one.

I'm also getting a failure with logging into google voicemail.  It keeps saying failure of server name matching.  Would anyone know which setting I could put the server name manually?

For the Line port, try DisconnectTonePattern: 425-30;10;(.32+.32)

If you are still having the name mismatch problem, try setting a static IPAddress, SubnetMask and DefaultGateway, setting DNSServer1: 4.2.2.2 and DNSServer2: 8.8.8.8

Thanks the disconnect pattern worked! :-) I changed the DNS servers and it didn't work.  I also tried using dnsmasq in my router to forward all the google.com and www.google.com requests through US based IP addresses but still tries to authenticate on accounts.google.com.mx.  I e-mailed support regarding changing the servername manually and their response was:

No you can't.
It is not decided by OBi.
