newbie question for nonoh

I just got my OBi110. Right now I only need it for internation call out. I setup SIP1 for nonoh and it was Registered.

It works fine when I call land line in China (011-86-areadcode-phonenumber). However, everytime when I call a mobile number (e.g. 011-86-139xxxxxxxx), it said the number didn't exist. Any help would be appreciated!

It's highly unlikely this is a problem with the OBi.  When you dial an international number starting with 011, the OBi simply sends whatever you dial to the service provider.  You can verify that the desired number was actually sent to the service provider by looking at the OBi's Call History.
