can make phone call, but cannot get phone call

OBi110 setup running well for about several month, but recently, it can make call out, but cannot get phone call, when the call come in, it ringing, and display the phone number, but when I pickup the phone, nothing happen. The call forward to voice mail.

Anyone can help me?

Hi mosest19,

Are you using Google Voice?  Or, are you using a SIP provider?

One thing to check might be your router.  Depending on your setup, your router could possibly be blocking incoming traffic that is meant for the OBI.  Let us know who your voice provider is first, as that may help others in the forum to troubleshoot your problem!
