How to configure DTMF sent from Gateway?

I have Google Voice on SP1 and it send DTMF without issue.

I have callcentric on SP2 for incoming call only. I also setup a gateway with voip.ms. When I call out using the gateway IVR totally ignore the DTMF sent. I tried all the DTMF settings on voip.ms web site and in obi (ITSP Profile B->DTMFMethod) none of them work.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get DTMF to be sent probably on the voip.ms gateway? Thank you.

I assume you have also tried enabling the X_UseFixedDurationRFC2833DTMF setting under ITSP Profile -> General?  (ITSP Profile A or B or Both, depending on which one you're using)

It may not help you out, but it did resolve issues for me some time ago

Yes, I have tried that, it didn't resolve my problem, I couldn't get DTMF to work outside of GV on SP1.
