Auto Attendant is not recognizing numbers entered.

One of my OBi 110 devices, is not recognizing numbers I enter. It was working OK.
In response to AA prompts:
1- Continue this call
2- Make a new call
3- Callback number
If I enter 2 for example, (I am a trusted caller), it does not recognize the number.
I have to enter the number 2 multiple times, maybe one of then goes through by luck.
If I ever get the AA "Enter Pin" prompt, and after I enter it, Pin number will not be recognized. One time, I got it correctly then entered a telephone number, The telephone number I entered was not recognized, some digits were missing.

I performed factory reset without success. Same problem repeats.
Ideas are appreciated.

EDIT on June 5, 2012: Problem disappeared mysteriously by itself after a couple of days!
