I added {t=di2} (6 places after the **1, **2, **3, **4, **8 and **9 codes) in the existing "Phone Port > Digit Map" under "Physical Interfaces > Phone 1 and Phone 2"
This is from my OBi202 and gives me a dial tone for each account selected using **x
