New help for dial out (GV)

New user here, just set up the ObiTalk 100.

GV called in is fine, phone connected to port ring and talk etc.

But I have a problem with dial out.
1. When I dial the **9 222 222 222, I got a "There is no service available to complete your call."
2. When I dial from phone 1 xxx xxx xxxx, I got a busy tone like the phone was busy and can't connect.
3. However, if i preset the same number 1xxxxxxxxxx in one of the speed dial, say number 4. Once I dial 4#, the call go right through.

What is the problem here?

background info:

-SP1 GV show "connected" status.
-I tried the "Call phone" in google already. My attached phone ringed and the other phone ringed. Got connected.

problem solved. It turns out the problem with the phone. I use another one and all is well.
Please let this drop.
