Lack of response to support requests

I entered a number of support requests around 2012-07-19 18:00:00 US Pacific time about bugs in the ObiTalk interface to manage an Obi202, I also entered an issue at the same time (end of that hour) to Skype about an issue with regard to a Freetalk Connect device.

Since then I've had a two-shot interaction with Microsoft staff about the Skype issue (it's still unresolved, but these things take time and the CS guys correctly escalated it one level to the CS engineers) and I've had diddly-squat from Obihai.

Previously people on this forum had reported satisfaction with Obihai support requests (despite the dissembling about the support forum), so I tried it.  No luck so far.

Still no response.

Is there any way to view the status of support tickets on the web?  It seems crazy, but so far as I can see they can only be entered.
