Portal doesn't allow editing? (Trying to block outgoing calls to a specific #)

Looking through the forums I see a few mentions of how to add certain numbers in order to block an outgoing call to those numbers.

However when I hover the mouse over the boxes to add info it does not allow any inputs.

I'm in expert mode.

As far as I understand it, doing so via the IP address would not last.

What am I doing wrong?

You are not unchecking both boxes to the right of the field you are trying to edit.

As far as I understand it, doing so via the IP address would not last.

For info. Doing it that way can last once you understand that the portal settings will sooner or later overwrite changes you make locally unless you disable Obitalk Provisioning in the local onboard config menus.

(Note that this is not a recommendation that you change to configuring your Obi that way.)
