Automatic choice of GV, SIP or landline (Canada)

Hubby and I are about to buy the OBi 110 I have one question though: we live in Canada and still have our landline, Google Voice, and a FreePhoneLine SIP account... Is it possible to set up our OBi this way (as an example):

- all local numbers (starting with 250) use our landline
- all North America numbers (starting with 1...) use Google Voice
- the rest (optional) uses the FPL account?
