Constantly dropped calls Between here and South America both good network's

I call another person between usa & South America and we always good quality networks. But the phone calls constantly drop. However everything else on the network system works beautifully and if we use Skype or other PC products it works beautifully.

Is your any chance that Obi can go ahead and monitor the dropped calls status and see what the problem is??

ps we have updated firmware.  it wasn't like this five months ago.  the problem started somewhere between April and July. I think, but I can't be precisely sure
