I posted earlier about a problem I was having with stopping an attended transfer when the 3rd party does not answer. According to the OBi Device Administartion Guide, invoking a third Hook Flash should end the call to the 3rd party, but this seems to be hit or miss for me. Sometimes it works and I am able to resume speaking with the original caller. Other times my outbound call continues to the point where the 3rd party's voicemail kicks in while I'm talking to the original caller, which is very embarrassing in a professional environment. Any insights?
