I have an obi100 that has been working fine.

I have two google voice accounts. Incoming calss are not ringing. I can still make outgoing calls ok.

I'm lost as where else to check. I've rebooted the obi100.

I have firmware 1.3.0 (Build: 2711)

Hello Lumangoy,

There are the usual things to check:
GV - Is the Chat Phone enabled?
OBi; Call History - Does the call show up as being recieved?
X_InboundCallRoute - does it still show "{ph}"?

I don't know whether you use the OBiTALK Portal or do your device management direct.  If you need help finding the things above, let us know.

Seems strange to me, but I was helping another user the other night, who had not made any changes, yet after being away for the weekend, somehow settings changed.  So, it does happen I guess.

Please check the settings above, and we can get you back up and running.

where is the setting for chat phone? I didn't change anything and it's surprising that both accounts got changed.

I just called and it shows up in the call history.

not sure where to check for the inboundcallroute.

I manage my own device because for some reason, it got disconnected to the portal and I was able to configure it on my own.

The call history should show where is sent the call. It can't send it somewhere that is not configured. If it sent it to ph, then ph is in the call route.

Voice Services
SP1 & SP2

the call history shows:
erminal ID   GoogleVoice1   GoogleVoice1
Peer Name
Peer Number   1xxxyyyzzzz   12288888828
Direction   Inbound   Outbound
20:29:34   Ringing
20:29:35      End Call

where xxxyyyzzzz is my cell.

X_InboundCallRoute shows ph for both

With that call history, the Obi sent the call to the phone port and assumes it is ringing.

It shows both Inbound and Outbound
Is it also fowarding the call to the 12288888828 number?

I don't know how that number got in to:
CallForwardUnconditionalNumber

it was set for both SP1 & SP2.

I checked default and both lines are now ringging.

thanks!

Glad it is working now.

Like I said, it seems that settings are just changing.

I'd blame it on the update, but I see you are not using the updated ver.   ::)

Well, glad that you're back to getting your calls.
